(1) Detailed design is underway for the next stage of Wedgefield Industrial Estate comprising 19 lots sized between 2,000m
2
and 7,000m
2
. Planning to rezone a further 280 hectares to provide further light industrial and transport development land is well advanced. All future industrial areas are subject to Native Title.
(2) Subject to resolution of all land clearance issues, the next stage of 19 lots is scheduled to commence construction by April 2010 (post cyclone season) with release in May 2010. Titles are likely to be available in October 2010. Conditional upon the rezoning process, further stages will be released during the second half of 2011.
