(1) Yes.
(a) Environmental approvals from both the Federal and State regulators are scheduled to be obtained in May 2011. Planning approval to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme to rezone the land from Industrial to Public Purposes will be sought after the environmental approvals have been obtained. This process is expected to take 18 months to complete. Approval to amend the City of Rockingham's Town Planning Scheme No. 2, to establish a Special Control Area for the treatment plant's odour footprint, will also be undertaken at this time.
