(1) Is the Minister aware that there has recently been another restructuring in Horizon Power under which the number of General Managers and Executive Managers that directly report to the CEO has increased to ten? (2) What is the current aggregate salary package cost for these senior executives? (3) What was the aggregate salary package cost for direct reports to the CEO on 1 July 2016? (4) Will the Minister ensure that salary package details, for all executives that are direct reports to the CEO, appear in the Horizon Power Annual Report? (5) If no to (4), why not?

(1) The number of direct reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has not changed. Horizon Power CEO has 10 direct reports (eight General Managers, a Manager Stakeholder Relations and an Executive Assistant).
(2) $2,384,460.41(Executives current salary package value. This is based on six GM’s as two roles are currently vacant).
(3) $3,059,311.05 (All direct reports to the CEO, salary package costs as at 1 July 2016)
(4) Remuneration details will be disclosed in the Horizon Power annual report in accordance with the reporting protocols.
(5) Not applicable.
