Hon MATTHEW SWINBOURN : The
following information has been provided to me by the Minister for Energy.
(1) Contracting arrangements for the transport of coal
were negotiated between Yancoal and a trucking supplier . Synergy is not
a party to these agreements.
(2) On average,
approximately 27 truckloads of coal a day were transported from Bunbury to
Collie. It can vary each day due to driver and truck availability.

a day.
(4) There have
been 66 746 tonnes of coal delivered to Collie, including 50 000 tonnes from
the first ship, the Pan Poseidon . It is anticipated that by early March
all coal will have been delivered to Collie.
