I refer to the planned review of the Workforce Development Plan, and I ask: (a) when will the Department of Training and Workforce Development complete its review of the "Skilling WA – A Workforce Development Plan for WA"; (b) will the review be made public; (c) if yes to (b), when; and (d) will there be an opportunity for the public to lodge submissions on the review before it is adopted by Government?

Skilling WA
review was made public in July 2013 by the publication of six discussion papers on the Department of Training and Workforce Development's website and a formal call for submissions. The Department of Training and Workforce Development also held a series of eight facilitated information sharing forums for industry, government and community stakeholders, including peak industry associations, small to medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations.

is planned for later this year.
