I refer to the 2021-22 Annual Report from the Office of the State Coroner which states that 'the office... has also entered into a working relationship with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in recognition of the importance of identifying any reportable deaths that may have been associated with the use of medicines, vaccines, or medical devices. To assist the TGA.. the Office... has developed a notification system whereby relevant information is de-identified and provided to the TGA', and I ask: (a) how many of the 127 TGA notifications were made in reference to: (i) Sodium Nitrate; and (ii) Sodium Nitrite?
