I refer to the issues surrounding the Lennard Brook easement in Gingin. (1) If, as the minister’s office has advised, the owners of land the subject of the easement, with the exception of Mr Machlin, have agreed to give up their land to enable a road to be dedicated and bituminised, what access will be available through Mr Machlin’s land to the proposed bituminised section for persons not entitled to the right of carriageway as provided for on their respective titles? (2) What is the anticipated cost of constructing and bituminising the portion of the Lennards Road easement, excluding the portion of the easement abutting Mr Machlin’s land?
