(1) In relation to all agencies and departments, including the Ministerial office, that fall under the Minister’s responsibility, will the Minister provide information on the following, since 23 September 2008: (a) how many reviews have been established; (b) how many inquiries have been established; (c) how many committees have been established; and (d) how many taskforces have been established? (2) For each review, inquiry, committee and taskforce in (1): (a) what was the start date and also the expected completion date; (b) who is or was the chair; (c) what is the estimated budget; and (d) where can members of the public view the findings and recommendations?
