A Member of Parliament is seeking information regarding the potential impact of the Kemerton Industrial Park on drinking water sources in the Leschenault district, including whether the area is designated as a Public Drinking Water Source Area and what protections are in place. The Minister confirms the area is not designated as such, as no public drinking water source has been identified for future use, but water use is licensed and monitored.
