published on the state government website under ''Environment
information services'' entitled ''Cost recovery: Part IV
Environmental Protection Act'' as of 23 February 2024.
(1) Why are the guidelines deemed
interim?
(2) When will this guidance be
updated?
(3) Is there a review proposal
underway?
(4) If yes to (3), when will that
be finalised and will there be public consultation?
