I refer to the Department of Housing's policy to evict after three strikes for anti-social behaviour, and I ask: (a) does the Department of Housing notify the Department of Child Protection where children reside at the premises; (b) if yes, at what stage does that notification occur; and (c) if yes, upon receipt of such advice what action does the Department of Child Protection take?
