(1) Will the Premier table all - (a) contracts relating to this total cost of $120 000; and (b) documents relating to any public tender, requests for proposal or expression of interest called in respect of this purchase? (2) If not, why not? (3) Who approved the expenditure of funds associated with the purchase? (4) Is the Premier satisfied that this purchase or purchases complied with State Supply Commission policies as gazetted on 30 July 2004, which apply to purchases of $100 000 or more? This process has not been finalised. However, I will table the request for proposal document.
