(a)-(e) The Premier advised Ministers that they were not to have any contact with Julian Grill.
Beyond that, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and by extension the Premier expects that all Ministers and staff adhere to the Ministerial Code of Conduct and the Public Sector Commission Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics regarding lobbyists.
I have received email correspondence from Mr Julian Grill on 4 April 2017 which was responded to on 18 April 2017. I table that correspondence for the information of the Member [Please see Tabled Paper No.]. No further contact has been made.
