I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(2) The Sportsmen’s Association of Australia submitted an application for CSRFF support of $186 251 in the December 2000 round of CSRFF funding.  The association’s application was duly considered within the normal assessment process; however, the application was unsuccessful.  It is understood that the association intends to submit a new funding application in the current round of CSRFF.  To be considered for CSRFF funding, the association will need to comply with all requirements of the program which include responses to all questions on the CSRFF application form, an incorporation certificate, income and expenditure statements for the current and next financial year, an itemised project cost, written confirmation of financial contributions from other sources, and a needs analysis, concept design, independent feasibility study and business plan for the facility.
