(1) Total audited actual expenditure (adjusted for capital user charge expenditure) for Western Australia Police grew from $529.1 million in 2002-03 to $1,168.9 million in 2012-13, an increase of $639.8 million or 120.9%.
(2) The average annual rate of growth in Police expenses over the past 5 years was 7.1%.
