POLICE — LEAVE
WITHOUT PAY
1397. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to Legislative Council
question on notice 2452 and the exit interview data tabled.
Given
that the data shows that over 40 per cent of officers who completed the survey
would consider remaining with the Western Australia Police Force if they
could more readily access leave without pay, how is the government considering
more flexible leave options for police to minimise the loss of skills and
experience?
