TRANSPERTH — ZONE PAYMENT STRUCTURE —
REVIEW
77. Hon TIM CLIFFORD to the minister representing the
Minister for Transport:
I refer to an article in The West
Australian of 30 January 2019 in which the minister announced a review of
the zone payment structure for Perth's train system.
(1) What are the terms of reference
for the review?
(2) What is the intended time frame
for the review?
(3) Will there be an opportunity for
public consultation as part of the review?
(4) Why is the review restricted to
Perth's train system, as opposed to the entire Transperth system?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1)–(4) The
review and terms of reference are yet to be developed. The review outcomes will
apply to the entire Transperth system.
