(2) Not applicable.
(3) The WA Government is party to three State Agreements with Alcoa World Alumina Australia, and one State Agreement with Worsley Alumina Pty Ltd. While these Agreements commit the companies to production of alumina in Western Australia, they do not govern alumina sales arrangements.
