I refer to the South West Coastal Palliative Care Service, and I ask: (a) What was the total number of deaths of patients being cared for by the South West Coastal Palliative Care Service across the total catchment for the following six month periods: (i) 1 July 2017 - 31 December 2017; (ii) 1 January 2018 - 30 June 2018; and (iii) 1 July 2018 - 31 December 2018; (b) What was the total number of deaths of patients being cared for by the South West Coastal Palliative Care Service at home for the following six month periods: (i) 1 July 2017 - 31 December 2017; (ii) 1 January 2018 - 30 June 2018; and (iii) 1 July 2018 - 31 December 2018; and (c) What was the total number of deaths of patients being cared for by the South West Coastal Palliative Care Service in the Busselton Health Campus Hospice Unit for the following six month periods: (i) 1 July 2017 - 31 December 2017; (ii) 1 January 2018 - 30 June 2018; and (iii) 1 July 2018 - 31 December 2018?
