I refer to alleged concerns about safety, bullying and victimisation at the Norseman Gold operations and the serious concerns that Mr Shaun Maddock and others from the Department of Mines and Petroleum inspectorate raised with the minister. (1) Has the minister requested an investigation into these concerns? (2) If yes to (1), who will carry out the investigation, what will be the terms of reference and when does the minister expect the investigation to be completed? (3) If no to (1), why not?
