I refer to extensive problems
concerning the standard and timeliness of private residential dwellings
delivered by home builders in the present market.
(1) Can the
minister provide information within this week's sitting that
identifies, in tabular form, the number of building approvals granted in 2020,
2021 and 2022, and the proportion of those homes completed to an acceptable
standard within 12, 18 or 24 months after commencement?
(2) How many of the homes remain
unfinished?
