WATER LICENCE FEES
I have a supplementary question. Given the new licence fees for farm dams, will the minister now apply licence fees for residential bore owners in the metropolitan area? Mr J.C. KOBELKE

AnswerView source ↗

I quite clearly explained that if the water was for domestic use or for stock, there would be no licence. If a person is running a business in his backyard in Perth, yes, he will need a licence. However, if a person is using water from a bore or from a dam for his stock or for domestic purposes, it will not be caught by the licence.
