Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Bill 2011.
(1) When does the minister expect that this bill will come
into operation?
(2) Will any
regulations introduced as a result of the provisions in this bill being enacted
in any way alter the provisions operating under the current harvest mass
management scheme; and, if yes, what are the proposed changes?
