In the matter of the allegation of a conflict of interest involving three Supreme Court judges, Muirwil Nominees Pty Ltd and the MWN Superannuation Trust -
(1) Did the State Solicitor’s Office provide a written report advising the Attorney General why the allegation was without legal merit or did it provide a verbal report?
(2) Was it the State Solicitor himself who provided the report to the Attorney General?
(3) If no to (2), was it a member of the State Solicitor’s Office who provided the report to the Attorney General?
(4) If no to (2) and (3), who was it that provided the report to the Attorney General?
