(a) $57 million
(b)-(c) The New Lord Street project resulted from a variation to the contract for the Ellenbrook Bus Rapid Transit (EBRT) project.
(d) The EBRT project was subject to a formal tender process in 2016. The contract was then modified to remove the dedicated bus road and replace it with an additional carriageway on New Lord Street.
(e) One of the wettest winters on record resulted in significant project impacts including delayed and extended services relocations and other weather dependant construction activities.
