Wednesday, 19 May 2022, and I ask: (a) is the Minister aware nearly all bicycles used
by the Western Australia Police Force exceed a width of 660mm, which is in breach of Regulations 404 and
406 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Regulations 2014 ; and (b) has
the Western Australia Police Force bicycle fleet been declared exempt from these regulations: (i) If
