(1) Of juvenile offenders sentenced to a term of detention as at 1 April 2013 what number (expressed both as raw figure and percentage) were assessed as requiring each of the following programs:
(a) conflict resolution;
(b) protective behaviours;
(c) sexual education;
(d) healthy relationships; and
(e) drug and alcohol information sessions along with drug and alcohol intervention/prevention?
(2) Of these offenders assessed as requiring each program, what number (expressed both as a raw figure and percentage) have not yet received each of the following programs:
(a) conflict resolution;
(b) protective behaviours;
(c) sexual education;
(d) healthy relationships; and
(e) drug and alcohol information sessions along with drug and alcohol intervention/prevention?

(1) (a) 26 sentenced detainees (25.49%) were assessed as requiring a
conflict resolution program (Emotional Management)
(b) 18 sentenced detainees (17.65%) were assessed as requiring a protective
behaviours program (Healthy Relationships)
(c) 17 sentenced detainees (16.67%) were assessed as requiring a sexual
education program (Promoting Adolescent Sexual Health)
(d) Healthy Relationships are referred to as Protective Behaviours under
1(b).
(e) Drug and alcohol information sessions are facilitated for remand
detainees only. 44 sentenced detainees (43.14%) were assessed as requiring a
drug and alcohol group program (Motivation to Change). In addition 40 sentenced
detainees (39.22%) were assessed as requiring individual drug and alcohol
counselling.
(2) (a) 13 sentenced detainees (50%)  have not yet received a conflict
resolution program (Emotional Management)
(b) Six sentenced detainees (33.33%) have not yet received a protective
behaviours program (Healthy Relationships)
(c) 14 sentenced detainees (82.35%) have not yet received a sexual education
program (Promoting Adolescent Sexual Health)
(d) Healthy Relationships are referred to as Protective Behaviours under 2
(b).
(e) Drug and alcohol information sessions are facilitated for remand
detainees only. 20 sentenced detainees (45.45%) have not yet received a drug
and alcohol group program (Motivation to Change). In addition, 23 sentenced
detainees (57.50%) have not yet received individual drug and alcohol
counselling.
