(2) The Amendment is not on my desk. (3) My decision to approve the amendment subject to modifications was made on 3 December 2002. My office has referred a request from the Shire of Murray for clarification of some requirements to the Department for Planning and Infrastructure for advice and I will respond when this is received. I understand this is imminent.
