❓ Ms. Radisich inquires about the number of Homeswest (public housing) properties in Ellenbrook, questioning if it aligns with a 1:12 ratio. The Minister clarifies the ratio is based on the *theoretical* full development, which is incomplete, and allocation occurs stage-by-stage.

19 dwellings under construction (2) 146 (3) No. The figure of 875 is based on 1:12 of 10,500 lots, the theoretical total for the whole development. The development is some years from completion and the final number, size and type of lots cannot be determined at this time as it includes stages which are at present undeveloped. The allocation of Homeswest lots is determined on a stage-by-stage basis. (4) See (3) above.
