MEMBER FOR BALLAJURA - DRIVER’S LICENCE
I refer the Attorney General to question without notice 637 concerning the withdrawal of two infringements issued to Mr John D’Orazio, member for Ballajura. (1) Who provided the legal advice of 28 June 2006 and will the Attorney General table the legal advice; if not, why not? (2) Who sought the advice and why was it not obtained at the time that the former police minister’s loss of licence became a public issue? (3) When was the department notified by Mr D’Orazio of a change of address and will the Attorney General table the relative notice? Hon SUE ELLERY

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. I do have an answer, but there should be a document attached to it that is to be tabled. That document is not attached to it. I have asked for that attachment. As soon as it becomes available I will be able to provide the member with the answer.
