I refer to the Minister's press release published 29/7/2024 titled "Cook Government reaches final agreement for Murdoch Medihotel", and I ask: (a) What is the total value of the operating contracts with Hesperia and Aegis, inclusive of all financial obligations; (b) Under the contract with Aegis, what are the annual capital and operating costs to the state, together with any other financial obligations; (c) Are there any minimum payments under the contract, regardless of the services delivered; and, if so, what are the minimum payment obligations to the state under the contract; (d) What is the total length of the contract with Aegis; (e) What is the projected total operating cost of the facility over its first 12 months of operation: (i) What is the projected operating cost per bed in the facility at each of the following intervals after opening: (A) 3 months; (B) 6 months; and (C) 12 months; (f) Will the minister table the contract and/or business case with Aegis; and, if not, why not; (g) How many total beds are expected to be in this medihotel; and (h) What are the projected occupancy rates of this facility after its completion in the following time frames: (i) 1 month after opening; (ii) 6 months after opening; and (iii) 12 months after opening?
