I refer to question on notice Nos 871 and 872, June 13 2003 -
(1) Can the Minister explain how he can possibly state that ‘this matter’ was ‘resolved’ by the Department when it was raised and refute that the department is incompetent given that the Minister has clearly stated ‘No’ to a question when specifically asked ‘Can the Minister for State Development or the Department explain why the incorrect and misleading information provided to Mr Meyer Forst was not detected and picked up when the question was asked in Parliament by Hon Tom Helm MLC concerning the matters on December 17 1998’?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
