I refer to the answer given to question without notice 852, asked on 6 September
2016, in which the minister stated that there have been 12 formal complaints of
subcontractor non-payment relating to their ongoing contract with Brierty.

(2) When was each formal complaint made?
(3) What specific project does each complaint relate to?
