(1) The total number of patient suicides that have occurred at all State run mental health facilities over the following financial years, -
(a) 2004-2005: 1 Suicide Death
(b) 2005-2006: 1 Suicide Death *
(c) 2006-2007: 4 Suicide Deaths *
* Not yet confirmed by the Australian Bureau of Statistics as a death due to suicide because deaths files for these years have not been finalised by their National Cause Of Death Centre.
