this on 10 March 2026, is to the parliamentary secretary representing the
Attorney General.
I refer to the
Office of the Information Commissioner.
(1) Is the Attorney General aware of the
number of freedom of information external review applications that are
currently backlogged in the Office of the Information Commissioner?
(2) If yes to (1):
(a) what is the current number of
applications yet to be finalised;
(b) what is the age of the oldest
application; and
(c) what is the median age of the
applications?
(3) If not to (1), will the Attorney
General undertake to ascertain this information and provide it to Parliament
during the March sittings?
