700. Hon KATE DOUST to the Minister for
Commerce:
I refer to the home builder Avon
Dream Pty Ltd, trading as Econstruct.
(1) Can the
minister provide a list of the active disciplinary complaints against
residential builders currently being investigated by the Building Commission,
identifying the date that the complaint was lodged?
(2) Can the
minister identify the builders with multiple active disciplinary complaints
being investigated by the Building Commission?
(3) It is my
understanding that Avon Dream, trading as Econstruct, currently has three
separately lodged disciplinary complaints that are all over six months old. Can
the minister provide the current status of these three investigations?
