representative minister, provide the following answer on behalf of the Minister
for Corrective Services.
The Department of
Justice advises the following.
(1) One.
(2) Nil. The one offender is subject to electronic
monitoring under the Family Violence Legislation Reform
Act 2024 but they have no prior FDV offending.
