I refer to a letter that I sent to the Pilbara Port Authority on 20 January 2017 seeking a commitment from the Pilbara Port Authority to not undertake any ground disturbing activities in the group of Kariyarra Islands within the Port Authority boundary to the west of Finucane Island, namely within the area East 657714, North 7751597.1 x East 660739.1, North 7753405.9 x East 660748.3, North 7750881 x East 657777.9, North 7748983.3, of which I have yet to have a reply, and ask:
(a) as the issues in the letter cover a wide range of ministerial portfolios, which Minister has carriage;
(b) why have I yet to receive a credible reply; and
(c) when can I expect to receive a reply?
