In the past five years and up to the present date, have any government vehicles been reported stolen for each Department, Agency and Government Trading Enterprise (GTEs) in the portfolio of the Minister, and if so: (a) how many vehicles were stolen from a government premises; (b) how many vehicles were stolen from a residential dwelling or private premises; and (c) what was the total value of vehicles stolen in each year?
