We made it absolutely clear last year that we intended to continue the practice that had been followed by the former government. That gives the opposition adequate time to raise all the necessary issues regarding the budget. Indeed, during the four years I was the Leader of the Opposition, I managed to respond comprehensively and fully to all the budget issues, given the timetables Richard Court had set. Therefore, I am happy to continue that process, and the opposition ought to be able to do the same thing.
