As the Minister for Mental Health, I am concerned about the effects of mental health issues on all people, including those involved with the criminal justice system. I regularly engage in discussions with my Parliamentary colleagues to collaborate and consider the means by which we can achieve the best outcomes for people experiencing mental illness.
