(a) State Planning Policy 2.9: Water (WAPC 2025) recognises that where there is a demonstrated planning need, State Government would consider infrastructure service requirements, including water, at a regional or district level.
(b) Responsibility for implementation of drainage for local development is the jurisdiction of the City of Swan through proponent driven water management reports. Local Government would likely need to provide input and advice into any broader regional planning, if required.
