(a) No. The amendment is currently with the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for assessment and a recommendation will be forwarded to me in due course.
(b) I will consider the proposed amendment and the recommendation of the WAPC when it is presented to me for my determination.
(c) While I acknowledge the importance of Public Art in principal, I have not yet been briefed on the details of the proposal.
