Hon. Charles Smith asks about the number of computer-aided dispatch (CAD) jobs written off without police attendance and the number of jobs recorded as having "no car to attend" in the last 30 days. The Police Minister provides data on CAD tasks resolved without attendance but cannot answer the second question due to system limitations.

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. The following information has been provided to me by the Minister for
Police. The Western Australia Police Force advises the following.
(1) For the
month of September 2018, a total of 65 965 CAD tasks were created, with 14 828,
or 22 per cent, resolved prior to police attendance.
(2) The Western
Australia Police Force is unable to provide a response as the CAD system does
not record the details required in this question.
