I refer to the Drug and Alcohol Interagency Strategic Framework for Western Australia 2011-2015, and I ask -
(1) What programs have been put in place for the education, health promotion, treatment and support services for young people in detention?
(2) How many young people in detention are involved in these programs?
(3) Has extra funding been allocated from the Mental Health Budget to the Department of Corrective Services for these programs?
(4) If yes to (3), how much funding has been allocated to these programs over the forward estimates?
