I refer to section 4.87 of the Local Government Act 1995 , and ask for each of the past five years: (a) how many complaints or reports have been made to the Department of Local Government regarding an alleged breach of this section; (b) how many of those complaints/reports referred to in part (a) have been investigated; and (c) on how many occasions, has a penalty been issued for a breach of this section?
