I refer to page 40 of the Department of Child Protection and Family Support Annual Report 2012-13 regarding operation Deagon Goldfields, and I ask: (a) will the Minister table a copy of the six month review completed in December 2012; (b) will the Minister table a copy of the review under taken in July/August 2013; (c) with which local community stakeholders, and on what dates did consultation occur in relation to the July/August 2013 review; and (d) what were the details of the annual review to set a plan of ongoing support by the department?

· Goldfields Indigenous Housing Organisation Inc
· Regional Nursing Director,
· Principals from Mount Margaret School, Leonora Senior High School, Laverton Primary School and Menzies Community School
· Midwest Employment and Economic Development Aboriginal Corporation
· Leonora and Laverton Community Health
· Leonora Shire Chief Executive Officer
· Goldfields Esperance Development Corporation
· Goldfields Community Drug Service Team,

Following the completion of the 12 month review, the Department for Child Protection and Family Support ChildFirst team is continuing to visit the Goldfields district on a six weekly roster to support the sustainability of the outcomes achieved by Deagon and continue the model.
