FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES — REPLACEMENT
RESPONSE VEHICLES
1433. Hon COLIN de GRUSSA to the minister representing the
Minister for Emergency Services:
I refer to the minister's
answer to question on notice 2575 and the terms of reference provided with that
answer that state —
The Chair and/or Senior Responsible
Officer will provide verbal or written reports to governance groups, ministers
and any relevant bodies as required.
(1) Will the minister please table
any such correspondence?
(2) Given that in
the minister's answer to question on notice 2575 he stated that ''the
minutes of the meetings will be tabled on completion of the project'',
but the terms of reference have no completion date for the project, will the
minister now table the minutes of any meetings?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer is provided on behalf of the
Minister for Emergency Services.
(1) There has been no requirement to
date.
(2) Please refer to Legislative Council question on
notice 2575 and Legislative Council question on notice 1093.
The minutes of the meetings will be
tabled on completion of the project to respect the integrity of the procurement
process.
