I refer to 'Supplement to Regulation 29 and Schedule 9 - Wastewater system loading rates', and I ask: (a) What are the different hydraulic loading rates between a 3 bedroom standard residential dwelling as defined by the regulation as well as: (i) a 5 bedroom standard residential dwelling; (ii) a 'motel' as defined by the regulation; and (iii) 'caravan parks' as defined by the regulation?

a) A 3 bedroom standard residential dwelling requires a minimum hydraulic loading of 761 litres per day.
(i) A 5 bedroom standard residential dwelling requires a minimum hydraulic loading of 829 litres per day.
(ii) A motel (non-licensed establishment for alcohol) has a loading rate of 140 litres per person per day.
(iii) caravan parks are based on the following factors:
a) tent site = 140 litres per person per day times two persons
b) caravan site = 140 litres pers person per day times three persons
c) park homes, chalets, standard short-stay holiday house-like accommodation, including caretakers or managers dwellings, are hydraulically rated the same as standard residential dwellings.
