(2) Approximately 1161 Lakes are protected under the Policy and are identified in Department of Land Administration Miscellaneous Plan No. 1815. (3&5) The review by the Environmental Protection Authority has been completed. However there are some outstanding issues raised during the statutory Ministerial consultation on the EPP on which the Minister for the Environment has sought further information including advice on options. When the information has been received, the Minister will be in a position to progress the Policy. The information is expected shortly. The Policy will be completed following full consideration of the issues raised by the public regarding the Policy and its Administrative Procedures as well as the options available to address these issues. (4) No.
